By accessing or using our services at Virtual Ejaris, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.
We facilitate the process of obtaining a virtual Ejari in Dubai. This includes coordinating with the relevant authorities (DED, RERA, DLD) on your behalf based on the documents you provide.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documentation required for your Ejari registration. We are not liable for any delays or rejections caused by inaccurate or forged documents.
Payments for our services are processed according to our pricing structure. Refunds are generally not provided once the processing with the government authorities has commenced, except in cases where we fail to deliver the promised service due to our own fault.
Virtual Ejaris acts as a facilitator and shall not be held responsible for the final decisions made by Dubai Land Department, DED, or MOHRE regarding your business license or Ejari approval.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
